Try Kale Chips!
- Cut kale into approximately 5cm squares
- Always discard stalk because its not easy to digest
- Spray generously with olive oil spray
- Give a good grind of Himalayan rock salt (pink salt)
- Place on oven tray, Bake in for 5-10 minutes in a hot oven watching carefully so they don’t burn. (Chips should be crispy but not brown)
