Have your heard about Kale but not sure how to use it?

Try Kale Chips!

  1. Cut kale into approximately 5cm squares kale
  2. Always discard stalk because its not easy to digest
  3. Spray generously with olive oil spray
  4. Give a good grind of Himalayan rock salt (pink salt)
  5. Place on oven tray, Bake in for 5-10 minutes in a hot oven watching carefully so they don’t burn. (Chips should be crispy but not brown)
