My favourite smoothie this week

Simply blend the following in a blender

  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 kiwifruit peeled
  • Large handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 large spoon of vanilla protein powder
  • A few mint leavesSmoothie
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • A dash more H2O if its too thick

  4. Contains greens
  5. Rehydrating electrolytes
