Blend or grate 1/4 cauliflower until it resembles rice grains.
In a frypan add 1/2 tsp crushed garlic and a splash of olive oil and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
Awesome with a curry!
Steam half a cauliflower until very soft.
Blitz or blend with a little milk (I use rice milk) and Himalayan pink salt until smooth and creamy.
