CHOCOLATE POWER BALLS
- 4 dates
- 100g almond meal
- 60 raw cashews
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30g Bare Blends Chocolate WPI (protein powder)
- Desiccated coconut to coat
Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in a high power blender. Blend on high speed until mixture resembles sticky crumbs (approximately 30 seconds)
Press small amounts firmly with hands to form small balls (approximately 35g each).
Roll in coconut. Makes 11 balls
TIP : Balls store well in the freezer, allow a few minutes before serving.
