- Large handful baby spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 cup coconut water
Leave the frozen fruit to soften a little before using.
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
Other fruits can be substituted and mango can be omitted if fructose intolerant.
Frozen fruit will give a thicker consistency so adjust as desired.
